These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the FlyAwayGo.com website (“the Platform”) and the booking of any property listed on the Platform. By accessing or booking a property through FlyAwayGo.com, you (“Guest”) agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1.Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservation Confirmation: 

A booking is confirmed when the required deposit or full payment is successfully processed. The balance of the rental cost, if not paid upfront, must be paid according to the terms provided at checkout.

1.2. Payment Methods: 

FlyAwayGo.com uses Stripe as its payment processor. Stripe accepts the following payment methods:

Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo
Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Other payment methods as made available by Stripe in the future.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

1.3. Pricing and Fees:

All rental prices, service fees, cleaning fees, and taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout. FlyAwayGo.com reserves the right to adjust fees based on location-specific taxes or other applicable charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Guest Cancellation:

The cancellation policy for each property may vary. Guests must review the cancellation terms provided by the Host during the booking process. Some bookings may be non-refundable, while others may allow partial or full refunds based on the cancellation timing.

2.2. Host Cancellation:

If the Host cancels a booking, Guests will be notified promptly, and FlyAwayGo.com will facilitate a full refund or help the Guest rebook another property.

2.3. Force Majeure:

FlyAwayGo.com and the Host are not liable for cancellations due to events outside of reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God). In such cases, refunds or alternate accommodations may be offered at the discretion of the Host.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-In Time: 

The standard check-in time for the property will be indicated in the booking confirmation. Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

3.2. Check-Out Time: 

Guests must vacate the property by the indicated check-out time. Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless previously arranged with the Host.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1. Respect for Property: Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage caused to the property must be reported to the Host immediately.

4.2. Compliance with House Rules:

Guests must follow any house rules or specific instructions provided by the Host, including but not limited to rules about pets, smoking, noise levels, and maximum occupancy. Failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction without refund.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1. Property Damage:

If the Guest causes damage to the property, they are responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacements. In the event of damage, the Host may use the Guest’s security deposit to cover these costs, provided documented evidence of damage is presented.

5.2. Security Deposit Claims: In cases where property damage is claimed, the Guest will have the opportunity to review and contest the damage documentation provided by the Host. FlyAwayGo.com will facilitate this process but is not responsible for resolving disputes between Guests and Hosts.

6.FlyAwayGo.com’s Role

6.1. Platform Intermediary: 

FlyAwayGo.com serves as an intermediary platform that connects Hosts and Guests. We do not own, operate, or control any of the properties listed on the Platform.

6.2. Accuracy of Listings: 

FlyAwayGo.com strives to ensure the accuracy of property listings but cannot guarantee that descriptions, photos, or amenities are entirely accurate. Any discrepancies between the listing and the actual property should be addressed directly with the Host.

6.3. Disputes: 

Any disputes arising between Guests and Hosts should be resolved directly between the parties. FlyAwayGo.com will offer assistance but does not assume liability for resolving disputes.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Respect for Hosts and Neighbors: Guests are expected to respect the property, the Host, and the local community. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or disruptions to neighbors may result in the termination of the stay without a refund.

7.2. Prohibited Activities: Guests are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities or behaviors that violate the Host’s house rules, including but not limited to drug use, vandalism, or unlawful gatherings. Violations may result in legal action.

8. Insurance

8.1. Guest Insurance:

FlyAwayGo.com recommends that Guests consider obtaining travel insurance to cover potential losses due to trip cancellations, property damage, or accidents during their stay.

8.2. Host Insurance:

Hosts are responsible for insuring their properties, and Guests should confirm with the Host whether liability coverage is in place.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

9.1. Personal Data:

By using FlyAwayGo.com, Guests consent to the collection, use, and sharing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information necessary for booking, identity verification, and facilitating communication between Guests and Hosts.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1. Changes to Terms:

FlyAwayGo.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes before their next booking.

By making a booking through FlyAwayGo.com, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If the Guest does not agree to these terms, they should not proceed with the booking.
